Your zencontrol lighting control system should keep performing long after handover. That is why we are introducing Intelligent Insights – our new support and maintenance plan designed to help clients maintain, understand, and optimise their lighting control system over time.
Every new client receives the free version for the first six months after handover, including support such as firmware updates, system reporting, issue visibility, optimisation recommendations, and end-user training. From month 7, clients can move into a paid plan for ongoing support, remote maintenance, programming updates, schedule changes, sensor adjustments, and more.
Plan starts from $75 per month, with scalable support options available for larger zencontrol systems of up to 100 DALI networks.
